I posted on Facebook "We're in Memphis! What should we eat?" and got one overwhelming response... BARBECUE! Our options were slightly limited due to being after 9:00pm on a Monday, but we ended up finding Jim Neely's Interstate Barbecue and adored it. We got two large pork sandwiches, a tub of beans, and a tub of slaw for under $20 and WOW!! This was the best barbecue we'd ever tasted. The beans... bliss! The slaw... seasoned to perfection! The sandwiches... O.M.G. they were scrumptious. They actually put a bit of slaw on them, along with the pork and plenty of sauce. A must visit for Memphis!
